Ms. Ura Plemsuwan has served as Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and Independent Director of Arkitektura Public Company Limited since March 2020.
Ms. Ura holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Thammasat University. Ura has also completed the Director Accreditation Program (DAP Class 63/2007).
Ms. Ura has extensive experience in accounting, finance, and business advisory services. Since 2008, Ura has served as Managing Director of V.R.A. Consultancy Co., Ltd. and as Accounting and Finance Advisor to Consol Solution Co., Ltd., a provider of document management software solutions.
Ms. Ura brings extensive experience in accounting, finance, and business advisory services to Arkitektura's Board and Audit Committee.

คุณอุรามีประสบการณ์ด้านการบัญชี การเงิน และการให้คำปรึกษาทางธุรกิจ โดยตั้งแต่ปี 2551 ได้ดำรงตำแหน่งกรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท วี อาร์ เอ คอนซัลแตนซ์ จำกัด ซึ่งให้บริการด้านที่ปรึกษาทางบัญชีและการทำบัญชี และดำรงตำแหน่งที่ปรึกษาฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงิน บริษัท คอนโซล โซลูชั่น จำกัด ซึ่งดำเนินธุรกิจพัฒนาและให้บริการโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับการจัดเก็บข้อมูลเอกสาร ด้วยความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการบัญชี การเงิน และการให้คำปรึกษาทางธุรกิจ คุณอุรามีบทบาทสำคัญในการสนับสนุนการกำกับดูแลกิจการและการกำกับดูแลด้านการตรวจสอบของบริษัท
