Ms. Narissai has served as Director, Executive Committee Member and Executive Vice President (Chief Financial Officer) of Arkitektura Public Company Limited since April 1999.
Ms. Narissai holds a Master of Business Administration from the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Thammasat University, and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, United States of America. She also earned a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Chulalongkorn University. In addition, she has completed the Director Accreditation Program (DAP Class 71/2008), the Director Certification Program (DCP Class 267/2018), and the Advanced Audit Committee Program (AACP Class 177/2020).
Ms. Narissai has extensive experience in finance, accounting, corporate governance, and business management. Since 1999, she has served as Director, Executive Committee Member and Executive Vice President (Chief Financial Officer) of Arkitektura Public Company Limited. She also serves as Director, Executive Committee Member and International Procurement Advisor of Thantawan Industry Public Company Limited, a manufacturer and distributor of plastic packaging and plastic products.
With more than two decades of leadership experience, Ms. Narissai plays a key role in strengthening Arkitektura's financial management, corporate governance, and long-term business development.

คุณนฤศสัยสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท บริหารธุรกิจมหาบัณฑิต จากคณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ และปริญญาโท สาขา Computer Science จาก University of Pennsylvania ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา รวมถึงสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สถิติศาสตร์บัณฑิต จากจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย นอกจากนี้ ยังผ่านการอบรมหลักสูตร Director Accreditation Program (DAP รุ่นที่ 71/2008), Director Certification Program (DCP รุ่นที่ 267/2018) และ Advanced Audit Committee Program (AACP รุ่นที่ 177/2020)
คุณนฤศสัยมีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหาร การเงิน การบัญชี และการกำกับดูแลกิจการมาอย่างยาวนาน โดยดำรงตำแหน่งกรรมการบริษัท กรรมการบริหาร และผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการ (ผู้ที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้รับผิดชอบสูงสุดในสายงานบัญชีและการเงิน) ของบริษัท อาร์คิเทคทูรา จำกัด (มหาชน) ตั้งแต่ปี 2542 นอกจากนี้ ยังดำรงตำแหน่งกรรมการบริษัท กรรมการบริหาร และที่ปรึกษาด้านจัดซื้อต่างประเทศ ของบริษัท ทานตะวันอุตสาหกรรม จำกัด (มหาชน) ซึ่งดำเนินธุรกิจผลิตและจำหน่ายบรรจุภัณฑ์พลาสติกและผลิตภัณฑ์พลาสติก
