Mr. Pornprom has served as Director, Member of the Audit Committee and Independent Director of Arkitektura Public Company Limited since March 2020.
Mr. Pornprom holds a Master's degree in Comparative Law from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, United States of America, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Chulalongkorn University. He has also completed the Director Accreditation Program (DAP Class 141/2017).
Mr. Pornprom has extensive experience in legal advisory and corporate governance. Since 1994, Pornprom has served as Director of Legal Advisory Council Co., Ltd., a legal consulting firm providing legal advisory and professional legal services.
Mr. Pornprom's expertise in law and corporate governance contributes significantly to the Board's oversight and supports the Audit Committee in promoting good corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

คุณพรพรหมสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท สาขากฎหมายเปรียบเทียบ จาก University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา และปริญญาตรี นิติศาสตรบัณฑิต จากจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย รวมทั้งผ่านการอบรมหลักสูตร Director Accreditation Program (DAP รุ่นที่ 141/2017)
คุณพรพรหมมีประสบการณ์ด้านกฎหมาย การให้คำปรึกษาทางกฎหมาย และการกำกับดูแลกิจการ โดยตั้งแต่ปี 2537 ได้ดำรงตำแหน่งกรรมการ บริษัท ลีกัล แอดไวซอรี่ เคาน์ซิล จำกัด ซึ่งดำเนินธุรกิจให้คำปรึกษาและให้บริการด้านกฎหมาย
ด้วยความเชี่ยวชาญด้านกฎหมายและการกำกับดูแลกิจการ คุณพรพรหมมีบทบาทสำคัญในการสนับสนุนการกำกับดูแลกิจการของบริษัท รวมถึงการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของคณะกรรมการตรวจสอบให้เป็นไปตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลและข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้อง
