Mr. Phuwadon has served as Director and Independent Director of Arkitektura Public Company Limited since January 2021.
Mr. Phuwadon holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University. He has also completed the Director Accreditation Program (DAP Class 148/2018) and the Director Certification Program (DCP Class 299/2020).
Mr. Phuwadon has extensive executive experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He currently serves as Country Representative for Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners and previously served as Senior Executive Vice President of Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, one of Thailand's leading integrated energy companies with businesses spanning oil refining, fuel marketing, renewable energy, bio-based products, natural resources, and new business development.
In addition, Mr. Phuwadon previously served as President of BCPG Public Company Limited, a company engaged in the generation and sale of electricity from renewable energy sources in Thailand and overseas. Drawing on his extensive leadership experience in the clean energy sector and sustainable development, Mr. Phuwadon plays an important role in supporting the Company's strategic direction and corporate governance, particularly in advancing its decarbonization and sustainability initiatives.

คุณภูวดล ดำรงตำแหน่งกรรมการบริษัท และกรรมการอิสระ ของบริษัท อาร์คิเทคทูรา จำกัด (มหาชน) ตั้งแต่เดือนมกราคม 2564
คุณภูวดลสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล จากจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และผ่านการอบรมหลักสูตร Director Accreditation Program (DAP รุ่นที่ 148/2018) และ Director Certification Program (DCP รุ่นที่ 299/2020)
คุณภูวดลมีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารในธุรกิจพลังงานและโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน โดยปัจจุบันดำรงตำแหน่งตัวแทนประจำประเทศไทยของ Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners และเคยดำรงตำแหน่งรองกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ บริษัท บางจาก คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในบริษัทพลังงานชั้นนำของประเทศไทยที่ดำเนินธุรกิจครอบคลุมทั้งการกลั่นและการค้าน้ำมัน การตลาดพลังงาน การลงทุนในธุรกิจพลังงานหมุนเวียน ผลิตภัณฑ์ชีวภาพ ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ และการพัฒนาธุรกิจใหม่
นอกจากนี้ คุณภูวดลยังเคยดำรงตำแหน่งผู้จัดการใหญ่ บริษัท บีซีพีจี จำกัด (มหาชน) ซึ่งดำเนินธุรกิจผลิตและจำหน่ายไฟฟ้าจากพลังงานทดแทน ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ ด้วยประสบการณ์การบริหารในธุรกิจพลังงานสะอาด และการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน คุณภูวดลจึงมีบทบาทสำคัญในการสนับสนุนการกำหนดทิศทางเชิงกลยุทธ์และการกำกับดูแลกิจการโดยเฉพาะในด้านการลดการใช้คาร์บอนและในด้านความยั่งยืนของบริษัท
