Mr. Anuchit Anuchitanukul has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Audit Committee Member and Independent Director of Arkitektura Public Company Limited since March 2020.
Mr. Anuchit holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science from Stanford University, United States of America. He also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Chulalongkorn University. In addition, he completed the Director Certification Program (DCP Class 93/2007).
Mr. Anuchit has extensive experience in corporate governance and board leadership across both public and private sector organizations. He currently serves as a director, audit committee member, and advisor to a number of organizations operating in diverse industries, including education, consumer products, retail, logistics, financial services, manufacturing, digital business, and technology-related sectors.
He has also contributed to public-sector initiatives through advisory and committee roles focused on digital technology, organizational development, and knowledge management.

คุณอนุชิตสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาเอก (Ph.D.) และปริญญาโท (M.S.) สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ จากมหาวิทยาลัยสแตนฟอร์ด ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท บริหารธุรกิจมหาบัณฑิต และปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์บัณฑิต สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ จากจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และผ่านการอบรมหลักสูตร Director Certification Program (DCP รุ่นที่ 93/2007)
คุณอนุชิตมีประสบการณ์ด้านการกำกับดูแลกิจการและการบริหารในระดับคณะกรรมการ ทั้งในองค์กรภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน ปัจจุบันดำรงตำแหน่งกรรมการ กรรมการตรวจสอบ และที่ปรึกษาในองค์กรหลายแห่ง ซึ่งดำเนินธุรกิจในหลากหลายอุตสาหกรรม อาทิ การศึกษา สินค้าอุปโภคบริโภค ค้าปลีก โลจิสติกส์ บริการทางการเงิน การผลิต ธุรกิจดิจิทัล และเทคโนโลยี
นอกจากนี้ คุณอนุชิตยังมีบทบาทในการสนับสนุนการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล การพัฒนาองค์กร และการจัดการความรู้ ผ่านการดำรงตำแหน่งที่ปรึกษาและกรรมการในหน่วยงานภาครัฐและองค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้อง
